In Memorium

I bought this angel statue the first year we moved here; our sweet Jake is resting under it; he was the very best dog in the world; he was almost ten, and had been with me through some hard times, when I was alone and very sad, before I met my wonderful husband...
We made the difficult decision to put him to sleep right before we moved out here from California; we knew he wouldn't be able to make the trip from California to Missouri, but he was with us in spirit every step of the way on our journey; his ashes tucked away safely.  I found this wonderful angel statue that first summer we were here at our new home...Boomer kitty is resting here also, we lost him two years later...

Rest in peace, my sweet Jake...you were the best and most loyal friend I've ever had.

What a wonderful and touching tribute to your sweeties. They may be gone but never ever forgotten! They always reside in our hearts and our many fond memories.

What a lovely little area for them to rest - it's hard to lose our furballs - love how you remembered them!

Beautiful tribute. Our dogs are such gifts from God. their inconditional love is truly a gift. They have also helped me through some very difficult times. We have had to put two down now in our 30 years together and I pray our dear Mattie who is 10 goes peacefully in her sleep. they told us to put her down at 6 months and a miracle drug has saved her and she has had a wonderful happy life. She is beginning to show signs of heading down hill. My heart aches already. May you enjoy all your precious memories.
