I've been hooking this rug from one of Pat Cross's book, the background color is darker and more primitive than it shows, not sure why my camera does this... i should have it done by the end of the week...not sure why, but i prefer the darker backgrounds to these lighter ones...

thanks, lauren! i've been working on it today and don't have that much more to do before it's finished. the background just doesn't show up in the true colors...
Sandi ~ I have Pat Cross' book also and love this rug. Can't wait to see your finished rug...I'm with you...love darker backgrounds on most of my rugs, too!
i posted the finished photo. My camera just doesn't do the background justice at all, it's deeper than it looks there...
